slideshow cut off in certain browsers

BUMP for this issue..

i have followed some instructions above on how to fix the nextgen gallery cut images thumbnail on chrome and safari browsers..

but on firefox and IE it works perfectly..

whats wrong?

@frankie2j & @lampz – The correction needs to be applied to the theme’s HTML container where the NextGEN Gallery slideshow is being used. This has been the most successful correction to use for themes that exhibit this issue.

I used part of what frankie2J said above.
Go to your website’s dashboard then:

• open Gallery
• Other Options
• Styles
• click to open link that says ‘Show Customization Options’
• copy and paste the code below into the bottom of the style window that opens up
• SAVE

height:480px;
width: 640px;
}
