Slideshow block don’t work

  • When you try to add a Slideshow block on the new WordPress 5.3 at lock and freezes to the point where you have to remove the block and try again. This is the only bug on the new wordpress I’ve seen so far

  • What plugin are you using for the slideshow? There’s probably an incompatibility between that plugin and the new WordPress version.

    (Note, it’s the plugin that must adapt to the changes in the latest version of WordPress, not the other way round)

    I’m trying to use the one that is in WordPress. No slideshow plug isn’t are being used. If you go into the block’s area and search slideshow . Then try adding a slide show block with pictures you see what the problem is

    I just setup a brand new WordPress 5.3 sandbox site and there’s no “Slideshow” block installed by default. There’s only a “Slideshare” block, which is an external service.

    Your “Slideshow” is probably coming from your active theme or a plugin. Can you provide a screenshot? Also, what theme are you using?

    I using the primer theme. How do you put a screenshot on here? there is no option for that
