The problem on your site is that the images are coming from an IP domain that doesn’t have SSL:

but your site does. Https sites can only load https content, so they can’t load the http image from the IP domain. That’s why the image appears broken, because your site can’t load it.
Have you moved your site recently from this IP domain? We’re asking down the site URL from WordPress itself to create the link to the images, but we’re also using cache, which means we only ask new URL from WordPress on actions which clear this cache. (Such as saving a slide or slider.)
If you recently moved from the IP domain, you should clear the slider’s cache:

I think that should solve the problem.
If it makes no difference, make sure your site doesn’ store the old domain still:
https://smartslider.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1757-moved-site#domain
