Slides not advancing on mobile

Can you please explain the issue a bit more?
I checked the slider on both desktop and mobile and it works the same.
Is it set up to slide automatically?

I just reactivated the the “Start automatically” checkbox in the “Behavior” section of the slideshow view, which is set to 20 seconds per slide. (I had deactivated it for another reason and forgot to reactivate it before submitting the support request.) The slideshow appears to work OK on my laptop, but not on Safari on my iPhone. Any suggestions? THANKS!

Is it possible to send me a screenshot with your view’s settings?
I cannot see to be able to reproduce this on my end and I am not sure what could be causing it on your end.

The “intermittent” nature of this is a bit puzzling; sometimes the slider runs as expected, other times it seems stuck.

Can you please go to Testimonials > Settings > Compatibility > Load Event > and check from there ‘Window load’ > save.
