Slider/s working if I use widget, but not working if I use shortcode

  • Hi,
    I have two sliders. They work great if I display them using the widget, but not display if I use the shortcode. A thing line does appear and if I hover over, it shows the navigation arrow, so it’s sort of there but the height doesn’t display the images.
    I’d appreciate any help with this.
