Hello – I posted this on Friday but received no response; not sure why.

    https://cloud.printvis.com/

The sliders have disappeared from the top of our page. If I change them to “carousel” sliders the pictures reappear, but are stacked and unappealing. The “flex” slider is what we had. Please advise why they went away. Thanks.

Inspected the page, but I couldn’t even see any html code pertaining to a slider that might be mis-displaying?

Hi – I changed the slider type to “Carousel” – now you can see how they stack, and all the written content is piled upon the bottom. Those used to be displayed one at a time, as a slideshow -“Flex”. If I go back now and “edit page” and change it back to “Flex” they just go away completely.

    Thanks for your attention.

    Had another look.

Are you using the bangkokpress theme and the slider that comes with it?

    Hi Steve,

Yes, we are using the Bangkok Press theme, and I assume both slider options “flex” and “carousel” are the ones that come with it. I wasn’t with the company when the site was built, but when I click on “Themes,” Bangkok Press is the one listed in green as ACTIVE.

Bangkokpress seems to be a paid for theme and I’m afraid the forum forbids discussions on paid plugins and themes. Try contacting the theme developers for support as it looks out of date. sorry to seem unhelpful.
