Sliders problem – images not rotating. Tried two or three sliders.

    I have tried with Easy Nivo slider and JJ Next gen gallery slider —
    both of them fetches the images, but show only one of them and do not change slides.
    I creating a child theme from thematic at https://69.167.163.106/

    Please help, I am trying this from last 4 hours or so. But with no success.
    I can see the images in Firebug, but why are not they cycling themselves?

    While Googling for this, I found that “” I may be using double instances of Jquery”” but I don’t know I am using that or not??

    I don’t see double instances of jQuery, should be fine.

    But update Nivo slider, you are using 2.5 and current version is 3.1. Version 2.5 of Nivo slider is probably not compatible with jQuery version 1.8.3.

    But, I have not added Nivo Slider.
    I just installed a plugin “Easy Nivo Slider” – how do I update Nivo slider in it??
    Sorry for these basic questions.

    Always check the rating of a plugin you want to install. THe Easy Nivo Slider has a low rating.

    Thanks man, I just downloaded a copy of this to check.

    But as on my page there are three images, all three are sliders. First two are from easy nivo slider, and
    the third one – is from some other plugin — JJ Nextgen plugin.
    But same is the error with that.

    I am trying the one you referred now.

    Make sure you disable the “easy nivo slider”, it’s throwing an error which interferes with the rest of the JS code.

    By deleting the Easy Nivo slider, I got the other slider working.
