    Hello people. Been using Getwid with Blocksy Pro theme for a while, but I’m facing issues with sliders (post carousel or post slider) not initializing on frontend in a current project.

    No error is displayed on the console and the block markup on front-end starts with this

    <div class="wp-block-getwid-post-carousel custom-post-type-product has-slides-gap-large is-carousel has-arrows-outside has-dots-none has-ek-typography getwid-init" style="">
                <div data-slider-option="{&quot;sliderSlidesToShowDesktop&quot;:&quot;5&quot;,&quot;getwid_slidesToShowLaptop&quot;:&quot;4&quot;,&quot;getwid_slidesToShowTablet&quot;:&quot;3&quot;,&quot;getwid_slidesToShowMobile&quot;:&quot;2&quot;,&quot;getwid_autoplay_speed&quot;:6000,&quot;getwid_animation_speed&quot;:800,&quot;getwid_slidesToScroll&quot;:&quot;1&quot;,&quot;getwid_autoplay&quot;:true,&quot;getwid_infinite&quot;:true,&quot;getwid_center_mode&quot;:false,&quot;getwid_arrows&quot;:&quot;outside&quot;,&quot;getwid_dots&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}" class="wp-block-getwid-post-carousel__wrapper">
                    							<div class="wp-block-getwid-post-carousel__slide">

    I’ve already tried to switch theme and deactivated other plugins, but still no success.

    Any light on this?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello Pedro!

    I would like to inform you that this issue is most likely connected to the Advanced Custom Fields plugin that you probably use. The point is that when you choose a custom field, at the last step, on the product page, should be an option to add product images – that’s where you need to add all the images of the product for everything to work properly.

    Hello Eugene and thanks for the reply.

    I couldn’t get exactly what’s wrong. When you say product images you mean the default product thumbnail or something else? I’m trying to fix this so the client could get the site online.

    @eugenewhite just to tell you I could find the cause. It’s an incompatibillity with WPVivid’s image lazyload. I deactivated its function and sliders are working again.

    Thanks for the attention.
