The sliders were working perfectly fine, no problems at all. I have no idea when this happened, but we just found out that the sliders no longer show in our blog posts. There is no error, it’s just blank in those spots. I assume something must have happened at an update, because these are past blog posts that we haven’t altered at all.

Here is an example of a post where you can see in the html that a few sliders should be there, but they don’t show whatsoever: https://supermegabaseball.com/makingofsmb-no-6-tobyn/

    Hi,

Thank you for choosing Master Slider.

Somewhere on your website an error occurs and the rest of website will not be loaded, which is included JS of Master Slider.

I guess there is a conflict between your plugins.
Please deactivate all the installed plugins (except Master Slider), then reactivate them one by one. After activating each plugin, check out and see if the issue persists.
In this way you are able to find which plugin was causing the problem.

If the problem persists, you can select the default theme and check out again. It’s possible that your theme is causing an issue.

Please let me know the result.

    Best,
    Averta

I’ve tried all of the plugins, but none of them seem to be the issue. I can’t really revert to the default theme, otherwise I’d lose the current website. I have not changed anything with the theme since the sliders were working, though, so I don’t think it would be a problem.

Do you have any other ideas?

    Hi again,

Please activate debug mode and check out the errors and find out the problem.
The footer of your website is not generated.
Do you have a twitter widget? See whether removing that temporarily solved the problem.

You can change your theme on maintenance mode, or back up and test it on your local.

I am looking forward to hearing from you again.

I really appreciate your help. Just wanted to come back and let you know that it ended up being the Twitter widget. The sliders reappear when I deactivate the Twitter widget, so I guess I just have to choose ??
