Furthermore, all the plugins, which are not free, come under our Extended License for these plugins. If you want to be able to auto-update them from wp-admin, you will need to buy your own personal license for that.
If a newer version of the plugin is not included in the new version of the theme, its compatibility was not checked with the theme completely.
