sliderPro is not a function after WordPress update

    After updating WordPress we have started getting this error:

    jQuery(…).sliderPro is not a function

    Any ideas on how to fix this? All we get is the images loading icon.

    I had a test website with an older version of the plugin and it was working…When I updated to the latest version I now have the same issue and it does not work.

    Hi, I have fixed the issue with a rollback to version 3.1.

    But just so you know the latest version gives us that error.

    You roll back to our old version and slider runs perfectly but it’s not the perfect solution.

    Because you can’t take more benefits of the latest version.So activate the latest plugin on your Website then we check this issue.

    sliderPro is not a function after WordPress update

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    @weblizar_support When you see a topic in these forums for your “pro” version then send the user to your site. You cannot support your customers in these forums.
