    Hi,

On my site, I have a slider, with two slides containing a youtube video embed. YT videos are public and visible, it was working fine until updating the Depicter module to version 1.9.6. After the update videos are not showing up on the frontend and even in the Depicter preview. The slide is there, but after clicking on the video player I’m getting “An error occurred. Please try again later.” on the player.

I’ve checked the src attribute on the iframe containing the player, and I’ve noticed that it is missing part of the YT video URL, precisely the part after watch?v=

So basically YT player is embedded but the video ID is not there for some reason.

Hi. ?Can you send your website link here? Chances are something is wrong with your website because we are not noticing this problem. Here is an example of using YouTube videos on the latest version of the Depicter without any problem. ?https://depicter.com/template/fashion-youtube/4739/ ? ?Also when you get the error, please click on details and send the error message here. That can help us resolve the problem.
