Slider won't work after installing WP 4.2.2

  • I just upgraded WP to 4.2.2 and Huge IT slider stopped working.
    It displays on my home page but all actions including clicking buttons and page sliding are immobilized and every time I click on page sliding button, it reproduces the following error.

    Failed to load resourcerapport_nikko_send_focus_event @ (program):62

    Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

  • Hi dear user please try to deactivate and activate the plugin. if that won’t help, just reinstall it.

    I downgraded WP to 3.9 and HUGE IT Slider to 2.5.1 and the problem solved.
    Ask the developer at [email protected] if you want to stick with WP 4.2.2.
    They might give you another solution as well.

    I am having the same problem. The slider will not animate, not will it allow me to manually click to the next slide, since updating WP. Help!

    wp v.4.2.4 with huge-it slider v2.8.8

    can’t seem to add more images to existing slider on home page….

    have tried de-activating / reactivating plugin and still wont work…
    tried creating new slider and doesn’t save images etc….

    Have emailed developers today….

    any other suggestions…

    As I understand the Slider had been working, maybe you added new plugin and it has conflict with ours. I suggest to clear your cache.

    I’m on WP 4.2.4 and latest version of Huge IT slider. The portfolio page just recently stopped loading the slider, it displays “Nothing Found”.

    I tried deactivating/activating the plugin and clearing cache. This is a very simple site, no other plugins or any fancy code to create conflicts. Anyone get a response from support or the developers to resolve this?

    Dear user maybe there is conflict with other plugin. Try to deactivate your plugins and then activate one by one to check it out and find with which plugin do you have conflict.
