slider url

  • great theme! cant get the slider we created to link to the page that the image is assigned to. how do you allow the slider link to the proper url? thanks again!

    I am having this issue with my slider also,and I would like to know if there is an update/fix to this as I would like to link the images in the slider to the corresponding urls. I love this theme btw!

    Okay I figured this one out, in the media section where you edit the image to the slider, there is a field for “button text” and entering the text will create a call-to-action button on the slides image, this will then re-direct to the desired url. Hope this helps anyone here having this issue!

    Yes, mine is only for linking to pages or posts on the site, not sure how to link to a specific url..

    Get this plugin.

    It lets you create a page that’s redirecting to your chosen address.
    Then when you have your special page ready, link the slide button to this page, it will take visitor directly to the target address.

    Voila!

    The plugin is one solution; has anyone dug out where in the DB this data is stored?
