• I have the paid premium version.
I have an Attribute called “CPU Cores (Threads)” and set default sort order to “Custom Ordering”. In the Configure Terms I’ve manually sorted all the attribute values in the correct order. I’ve used the following order
    2 (2)
    2 (4)
    4 (4)
    4 (8)
    6 (6)
    6 (12)
    8 (8)
    8 (16)
    10 (20)
    12 (24)

I’m trying to create a slider using the manual sort order I’ve set. When using checkbox, radio & select the order is correct how I’ve done it when using the default sort order. But as soon as I select the slider the order is incorrect even when setting the “Values Order” to “Default”.

Also when selecting a filter from the slider it always shows “No products were found matching your selection.”

I then noticed the following message when selecting the slider and wonder if it’s related:
Slider type always uses attributes slug.
All attribute values slug must be with letters, numbers in slug can work incorrect.
Also slider do not work with slug that contains those symbols: -, +

All my attribute values are contain numbers and no letters
All spaces get converted to “-”

Any suggestions? Not sure how to get around the limition of the plugin, or if there’s a workaround?

I fixed the filters by removing all the symbols from the slug.

I’m just still having problems with the slider using the custom order. Instead it keeps wanting to use alphabetical order. I was able to sort of work around it by using a hair space to trick the sorting to pick the right one first.

    Hi,

Could you please contact us through berocket.com ?

This support forum is only for the free version of the plugin.

As I see you found 1 way for this already.

    Also
    1. I’d recommend you to make Apply Filters button a bit more like a button.
    2. To use AJAX you need to open plugin settings page tab Selectors and change the products holder to div.products.

    Regards,
    Dima
