Slider Text Overlay Vanishing on Mobile

The text overlay appears to be vanishing on mobile view. It remains if I resize my browser to mobile “size” but does not remain if I actually view it on a mobile device. I have tested by disabling all plugins, and it does not fix it.

Fails: https://www.screencast.com/t/Fq1Y5zkNJ5We have added no additional Theme CSS, and the few CSS changes added to our Child Theme do not have any @media adjustments.
The best we can tell, the image and the words are just not resizing/positioning on the mobile device.
