Slider takes too long to show the first image.

  • I’m using the slider feature on my site. https://www.getdieselfit.com
    However when the site first loads, it takes almost 10 seconds for the first image to appear in the slider. It displays a black screen with the loading gif.
    Is there a way to speed up the loading of the first image or can it show a static image until the other images load?
