Slider Suddenly Stopped Working

    Our wonderful slider has suddenly, and mysteriously stopped working. All one can see is the spinning blue thing, but the slides never load or display.

    We’ve made no changes to it for quite some time. I even tried creating an entirely new slider and adding the shortcode and it too does not work.

    We have the latest version of the plugin.

    Here is the site – the blank area just below the menu is where the slider used to be.

    p.s.

    within the slider control panel area in the Dashboard – you are able to PREVIEW the slider. It works beautifully within that area. But it has stopped working on the actual page itself – – our home page.

    It is not working for me or for the owners of the site – – we see the spinning blue icon. The only thing we’ve done is update the plugin.

    What are you seeing?

    Yep – – definitely not working at this end. It was working fine, and then mysteriously stopped on its own.

    I’m seeing that the slider works if we select “landing” template (one of the page formats for this particular WP theme by Genesis)

    Landing Page format:

    However, using the “Default template” format – it does not!??

    What would cause it to suddenly STOP working?

    We are removing the slider from the homepage since it is NOT working there, and hasn’t worked for many, many days now. I hope someone can offer some help – – soon.

    Actually — not sure that there’s really any connection at all with “landing” versus “default”.

    I believe I’m having the same problem as yukon4 — I have 7 sliders on my site and 5 of them just stopped appearing, although the other two are working fine. I can preview the sliders and they appear, but on my site all I see is the spinning blue wheel.
    Here are the ones that aren’t working:

    As far as I can tell only the final link/slider has different settings (no automatic transitions).
