Slider stopped working on homepage (Prestige Theme)

Hi
The autoplay has stopped working on the slider on my homepage has stopped working altogether and is stuck on one picture. The floating description I had set up within each image has also disappeared.
This isn’t due to upgrade to 4.01 as it happened before.
Would anyone know why this would happen? Very frustrating!
