Slider stopped showing?

    I had added a very simple slider at the bottom of this page, it was showing just fine when I added it a few days ago…now you can just see the border? Interesting tho, it shows on my iphone…??

    It looks like your site is fetching two different versions of jQuery, the normal one and the slim one. The slim version strips out some required functions, so it breaks on MetaSlider and looks like also on your sharrre plugin too.

    It works on your phone most likely because if you load two different versions of the same code it’s up to the browser (or maybe chance?) to decide which to use.

    I’m not sure which plugin is loading that version of jQuery but they shouldn’t be using it. Should just use the WP default version.

    It could also be your theme loading it as well, not sure.

    Ok goodcatch, I see the slim version in the Console tab of Inspect / developer tools. I also found out where the extra version of jQuery came from, I commented that out (I had enqueued a script for a accordion I made for another page, and it’s working now!! Thank you! I will go back and permanently remove that section of code in my functions file now! Opps learning moment, why I love these forums…..
