Slider showing in IE9 (32bit) but NOT in IE9 (64bit)

Hello, the slider is showing perfectly in IE9 (32bit) but NOT in IE9 (64bit).
Can anyone help?
Header as follows:

<meta http-equiv=”X-UA-Compatible” content=”IE=edge” />
<html xmlns=”https://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml”>’Developer Tools in IE shows that 32x and 64x are both in Browser Mode IE9 and Document Mode: IE9 Standards.
