slider shortcode image proportions

    I cannot seem to get the slider to display images without stretching them so that they distort. How can I control this? I have two images that are 1920×537 each. Not matter how I adjust the width/height, the images are distorted and look grainy.

    Any help asap would be greatly appreciated as I’m under a time crunch here to get a page live.
