Slider Settings tab won't open

  • I have successfully created a slideshow. However, when I go back in to edit it, I can’t click away from the Slides tab. I try to Click Slider Settings tab, or Slider Controls tab, or Slider Callbacks but none of them open up. The page just stays on Slides tab.

    Please help as I really need to get to the Settings of this specific slideshow. Thanks.

    Please try to disable all the other plugins and check weather it works or not.

    Let us know

    I am having this issue also and disabling all other plugins hasn’t worked.

    I have also just updated to the latest version of the plugin, version 2.9.9

    then please try to switch back to default theme to see whether it works or not
