    Can you please remove the code tags from around the shortcode?

    Next if that doesn’t work, see the FAQ for debugging, specifically try a quick theme change and disabling plugins one at a time. For some reason there’s a code wrapped around the testimonials grouping.

    As such, the slide effect isn’t happening as desired.

    I have the same problem – widget works perfectly, but the shortcode keeps fading in the same testimonial. Changing the theme made no difference. Looked at the forum and FAQ, but couldn’t see a solution.
