Slider problems front end and back end

The slider on a main page not working properly. Slides dont change and have some missing elements pictures or text. And the same is in back end you can see all the elements in place but when you push play they dessapear. Also insde on every printer we have slides all of them are broken too.
I refreshed cache didn’t help. There is only one js error TypeError: layer.css(…).transition is not a function. no idea how to fix that. I have W3 Total Cache plugin but i deactivated it if deleted slider cache how i can restore it?Thank you for you help
