Slider Problem (upgrade after version 3.4)

Hi,

I’m using this plugin to create a slider for one site in WordPress (theme Flatsome). The layer is built like this: image, text and button (nothing more). With the Version 3.4 I have no problem but when I upgrade it the new version the slider does not work more (neither from mobile, neither from desktop): images and texts are not loading, the slider remains completly empty. How can I resolve this iussue?
