• Dear Nayra Themes,

Can you please support me with the following issue?

I would like to use 3 slides in my website, but slide 2 and 3 seem to compress the images vertically.

I tested the same picture in all 3 slides (1920×993), only slide 1 seems to show the picture without perceivable distortion.

I already tested picture formats 1920×960 and 1920×1080 and did not succeed in fixing the problem.

    Thank you!

    I did some further investigation.

If I fill out the slider’s Title, Subtitle and Description with enough content, the picture is stretched to closer to the correcto proportion (now I’m working only with images 1920×960).

BUT if I fill one slider with a lot of text content, the theme automatically stretches the picture of this slider AND messes up the other slider containers (the other slider containers grow in size to match the one with a lot of text, but the picture continues vertically shrunk if there is not enough text, or stretched if there is too much text in each slider).

Somehow the slider containers should be programmed independent of each other AND each slider should be independent of the amount of text input on the Title, Subtitle and Description.

How can this be fixed without limiting too much the amount of text inserted in each slide?

    Thank you.

Also, I opened the same slider in two different screens at the same time (laptop and desktop monitor), and in one screen the image is vertically compressed, and in the other it is vertically stretched!! :O

The picture is 1920×960, as already mentioned.

It seems that there are issues with the responsivity of the theme.

    How can this be addressed?

    Thank you.
