I have recently encountered an issue with my MetaSlider not having an error in the text field or imply that there may be an issue only for the slide show links “[metaslider id=1200]” to display the photos in a vertical line up, cutting off some photos. I’ve tried typing the code in both visual and text but no matter what I do the slideshow just displays the photos without letting there be a presentation. Anyone have experience in this issue with knowledge to share? I hope to hear backs soon.

  • Hi Imani,

The link you shared is private. Can you put it on another test page so I can look at it?

Usually this means the JS or the CSS isn’t working for some reason. If you don’t see an error in the developer tools, check to make sure Print JS and Print CSS are enabled.

I have created a test page – link below:

The meta slider link was inserted into the page and I can’t figure out why it won’t show as a slideshow.

    Hi @bloggingblkgirl,

Did you check in the settings area to make sure Print JS and Print CSS are enabled? That looks to be the issue here. Let me know if not.

    Hi @bloggingblkgirl,

I’ll mark this as resolved since we didn’t hear back from you, but please open a new issue if you have any more problems. Thanks!
