I am trying to get slider functionality working on my site. I have tried a few different plugins which work fine with W3 Total Cache deactivated, but when I activate it, the slider does not work. When I look at the source code: https://www.sd-wan-experts.com/test-page/ I can see all the URLs for the pages that are part of the slider slide show, but all that appears is the page theme and no slider. This is with Slider by Supsystic, but every slider plugin behaves the same way.

    I am running:
    Centos 7.2
    Litespeed 5.0.16
    MYSQL 5.5.52-cll
    Latest WordPress

Can anyone suggest how to troubleshoot this?

  • Set the minify mode to manual and then add your css / js files manually.

Latest version killed Nivo slider. I can turn minify off and it still does not work. I have to disable plugin. Checked for conflicting plugins by only activating total cache and it still kills it. Been using this combo for a long time.

    Hello @budyee

Maybe it’s a silly question, but still working asking, did you flush you cache completely after disabling minify?

    Have a good day!

    Destec,

Changing minify to manual, the slider worked. Then when I added the .css and .js manually, there was no love.

I really appreciate the advice from anyone.

    Any other ideas?

    Steve
