Slider Picture Not Showing Properly

    Thank you for develope such amazing theme. I am currently face a issue of slider picture.
    When I update a picture to media and add it to slider, it shows a portion of it instead of showing it all. some pictures have no issue with it, some does. they are 2600 x 850 dimension.
    Could you tell me how to fix this problem?

    Problem I have on the latest version 3.0.12
    when I set the static page as front page, the left sidebar does not show up. But in version 3.0.4 it worked well.
