Slider on Home Page not working

    Hi,

    After updating WordPress, Themes and Plugins, I noticed the Slider can only display one item.
    Nothing has changed in the settings for multiple slider items. The arrows just do not work.

    Did anyone experience the same issue and figured out how to fix this?

    Are you using a plugin for this slider? Yes? What’s the full name of this plugin? Where did you download it from?

    Or, is this slider a feature of your active theme? Yes? What’s the full name of this theme? Where did you download it from?

    Hi, t-p,

    Thank you for looking into my problem.
    I am using the Retail Therapy theme from Obox. The slider is a widget called Obox Slider, so I think it came with the same theme package.

    I wonder if it is because the Theme design is not updated to version 5.5.3?

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
