Slider not working properly in IE9…Help

    I’m using a slider on my front page, and it’s not working properly in IE9. I’m getting a double slide at times and or a blank slide that doesn’t belong(or exist). My slider is set up using the Slides>Slideshow feature. I have only created three slides.

    I’ve enabled shortcodes in my excerpts section so I can add my buttons.
    The site views correctly in IE9 in compatibility mode. Seems OK in Chrome and Mozilla.

    I’m getting frustrated…any suggestions as to what could be causing the problem?
