Slider not working

  • I love this theme but I can’t seem to get the slider to work when I use a static home page. It only shows up when posts are used.

    Is there an issue with that or does it only work with blog posts or the Pro version?

    @iczel The theme is made this way. The slider is only displayed when the “Latest Posts” are selected as frontpage.

    Hi Layerthemes,

    I’m wondering if you could help me. I can’t remember if the slider image even showed up when I first downloaded the theme, it probably was and I just disabled it, but I want to add my own image but it’s not showing up no matter what I seem to do. I just read this and make sure to click “latest posts” and tried again, but no image came up.

    I am very new to this stuff and I don’t have a blog, which I’m assuming the “latest post” is related to, so maybe that’s the problem? Do I have to have a blog post for it to show up?
