    Hello there,

    That might be due to JS conflict or availablity of some js error in your site.

    So can you please debug by deactivating other plugins and using default wordpress themes such as twenty sixteen or twenty fifteen.

    Hi i have deactivated all plugins and I am using the theme twentysiteen and experiencing the same issue..
