    Hello datadoc74
    wp_footer() and wp_header() are built in wordpress functions that appear in the default twentytwelve theme so if you use this theme and you not changed them it should work fine.
    If you’re using a different theme see if these functions exist where.
    wp_footer() location is in footer.php, wp_header() location is in header.php.
    Follow the plugin instructions and it should work.
