Slider not sliding

Hi there! I just installed the free version of your gallery/slider, and it is stacking the images at the bottom of the post, as if they’re thumbnails, as opposed to creating an actual slider/gallery. The “thumbnails” seem to be fullsize images (800px wide) however.

All the images are 800px width, but the heights vary a bit — maybe that’s what’s ruining it? Possibly the heights have to be uniform, too, for the slider to work properly? (I set width to “100%” and height to “auto” in the configuration settings).

The theme I’m using, Gabfire’s Stylebook, comes with a built-in slider. Possibly it is creating a conflict?
