Slider Not Showing Up Despite Updates

    I tried updating the plug-in to the most recent version (as of today) as well as disabling other plug-ins. My master slider still is not appearing at all and I don’t know why. I used the short-code within each page, and the slider had been appearing until one day, it didn’t appear and has not since.

    I would really appreciate help with this issue as the slider is a big feature of my website.

    The page where I use the master slider is https://m.ninjawarrior.info/training/blueprints and it should appear right below the big “Blueprints” heading.

    Let me know if there is any additional info I can provide to help solve the problem.

  • and mine was working fine until i updated to the current version and it has now disappeared from the page.

    Hi,

    Could you please navigate to MasterSlider setting page and disable slider’s cache and let me know?

    I actually had disabled slider’s cache already. I tried re-enabling it and seeing if it worked and it did not. Then I tried disabling it again and it still did not work.

    I also just updated to the latest version and had to disable to cache to get the slider to show.

    My slider doesn’t show regardless of the cache being enabled or disabled.

    As I checked your website, it seems jQuery is loaded in footer. For your information, lots of plugins (like MasterSlider) and scripts need to have jQuery loaded on header. So, please contact your theme author or check for a thirdparty plugin to load jQuery in header. Also, please note that MasterSlider by default load the jQuery in header, but there is a script on your website which force the jQuery to be loaded in footer.

    I’m having a problem with the displaying of the slider too… I have a theme called skeleton and using a child theme of it. Still a work on progress so can’t give you the address. Seems like a great plugin but the only problem is that you can’t show off with it on your site ??

    You advert it that it works on any theme so I’d check that first before saying so?

    Yes, we emphasis that plugin works on any standard theme, not elementary or novice-made themes, we do not call them theme for sure.
