Slider not being responsive on mobile devices

I noticed this morning that the theme slider is not working properly. The issue seems to only be while on mobile devices. It works fine on the desktop. I heard from my hosting company that it’s some kinda of coding or theme issue. I’m guessing it’s a coding issue since the theme has worked before. But I am not sure. Does anyone have an idea how this issue can be fixed?
