    We’ve had Promotion Slider working on my client site for well over a year now, but suddenly a few days ago it stopped working. The slider was completely gone, not displaying. The shortcode to insert the slider was embedded in the template as such:
    <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[promoslider width=”600px” height=”100%”]’) ?>

    I removed the height parameter, and added a semi-colon after the closing parentheses, and the slider again appeared. However, it is now not auto advancing. We have two active sliders, but only the first one displays – the second never does.

    The slider displays on a private/members-only page, but I created a public-facing page and dropped in the shortcode so you can see what is happening:

    I have auto-advance turned on at the Options screen and set at 4 second delay. We had no navigation controls on the slider, but I added “default navigation” just so you can see that we truly do have two valid sliders. No title or excerpt displays; javascript is loaded in the header (though, I tried footer as well, that did not affect anything).

    I pulled a copy of the site to my development server and will try disabling other plugins to see if I can find a culprit, but ANY help you have in fixing this would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance.
