Slider not appearing after trying to change frequency

Can you please go to Hustle > Slide-ins, click on Gear icon on your slide-in and export its settings.
Upload it to any file sharing service and share the download link so we can import it on our end and check the settings.

Can you please give me a heads up on the progress of my request? This has been sitting for almost 6 days, and it’s holding up the publication of the website.

Predrag? Anyone? You asked for the file to look and see if there were any errors, and now no response?

I did find an error-

I apologize for the delay on this one. I searched through our inbox but couldn’t find any email from you with the information requested by my colleague.

As for the slide in toggle, it should be in the same place where you change it

Did you try running a plugin conflict test? Please run a test for a conflict with another plugin to find out what is causing this. Deactivate all other plugins, besides Hustle and check if these issues have been resolved. If everything is well, activate one plugin at a time to find the one that causes this.

Follow the steps from the flowchart:

Thank you for getting back to me. There have been a number of changes to my original request given the time it took for the initial response from your team. Anyway, I am currently working with a popup which is showing up on some browsers, not showing up on others. I have already done the troubleshooting with plugins you described above.
Here is an error I found on the back end of the site-

Which browsers is not showing? And on what operating system? From what I see you have setup this popup to show only when there is AdBlock enabled. Are you sure that you have AdBlock installed on all those browsers?
