Slider no longer working after change to Permalinks

    I am using the Attitude 1.2.4 free theme and made a change to my permalinks under Settings>Permalinks to set it to postname to fix a problem in NextGen Gallery and now my built in slider does not work and my header image has disappeared.

    Can someone please help?

    It looks like when I changed my permalinks I lost the location to all of my images. This caused my slider to no longer function as the default image for the page could no longer be found.
