Slider Media Size option not working

There is small conflict in the css.
Please add this css under custom css section of your theme :

.flexslider .slides img {
    width: auto !important;   
}

Please check the URL with a real device because FlexSlider work with window load function.

I have checked with my iPhone 6s plus iPhone X and its working fine.
