Slider management

  • Hello.

    I do not rightly understand how the slider works on this theme.

    After a few minutes exploring, I finally achived to add the slider on the home page, however the slider can olny be displayed when featured image is checked. And it only will display the featured image you upload. So my question is:

    How can i add more images on it or customize the silder itself?. Is there a menu or something i have to activate in order to acces to this stuff?

    PD: When selecting ‘featured image’ a part of the slider you also get published the image itself below. How can i remove it without removing the slider?

    You can add more images going to Customize >> Featured Slider >> Slider Type >> No of Slides section. The maximum possible image is 10.You need to Save and refresh the page if No of Slides is changed.

    Thank you for answering the question.

    However, doing this, only increments the number of slides the slider can contain. I don’t know how I can add more images to the slider slots, since the slider only display the ‘featured image’ that you have prevoiously choosen.

    @teermid – In the free theme, the slider images can only be displayed from the featured image of the pages.In order to increase the slider slots you need to modify the theme’s source code, consider making child theme for editing the code.

    I have a free version of Education Hub Theme installed for my webpage https://www.ayesir.org which has sliders on its home page. The image that I have selected in each slider is getting cropped from bottom. Could you please tell me what needs to be done to ensure that the same image can be fit in to the slider without any cropping?
