Slider Loads after 3 seconds

Hi,

I am using this slider plugin for my home page and I have observed that the slider loads only after 3-4 seconds after the page has loaded. And this clearly visible on the home page and it looks really odd.

Is there anything that you can suggest for the loading time? Any help would be appreciated!
