Slider issue

    I’ve removed the slider from the home page by selecting the Page Attribute Template to “Default Template”. However, I’m now getting a massive blank space where the slider should be.

    Can anyone advise, not seeing anything jump out in the css. It only affects the home page.

    What theme are you using? If it’s a CSS issue, it will be hard to help much without seeing the site.

    I’m using the Salient theme. I’m developing on my local machine which prevents me from showing the site.

    The funny thing is if I create a non-home page using “Default Template” everything is fine.

    You should be able to use a browser tool like Firebug to look at the CSS for the page and see what’s creating that space.

    Without being able to see the site, hard to say much more especially since that’s a commercial theme

    Perhaps you can ask the developer of the theme?
