Slider is under header on mobile view

Hi. My slider is on my front page and looks great but on mobile view the header is above the slider pic and it doesnt work as a slider like in desktop. I dont know how to fix this. Please can someone advise. I also dont know how to change the layout on my shop page. It only lets me pic a layout for front page. Regards
