Slider is stop working after version 1.1.8.2 update !

    Many users are complaining that after installing the latest version,
    under the main photo on a product page, it just showed ALL photos on product pages FULL SIZE, and the arrows disappeared.
    Basically, it’s happened because I added a new option setting in wpgs settings for infinite loop.
    you just need to set value(for infinite loop option) from wpgs setting and click on save changes.
    That’s it.
    and the gallery slider working as like it before ??

  • I’ve made the suggested change and am still experiencing problems where the images are being displayed incorrectly.

    did you change the infinite loop value from setting and click save button.

    I am having issues with this too. I have WP 4.8 and WC 2.5 (due to other code issues)

    I got the loop error first because there is nothing in your docs / info that says “update your plugin setting after upgrading to 1.1.8.2” — you should fix that. Why publish something that you know the person has to update the settings. Most plugins dont require you to “re-save” the settings. I so they tell you to do it.

    After solving the “loop / save” issue I get another jquery function error with “pretty photo” — line 265 in v. 1.1.8.2

    I tried to rollback to version 1.1.8.1 or 1.1.7 but cant find them listed in your WP dev gallery.

    I rolled back to v. 1.1.6 and it is all working again.

    Same here. I just updated to WC3 and updated all plugins and I get this error message:
    Sale!
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wc_get_product_attachment_props() in /home/xxx/plugins/woo-product-gallery-slider/includes/product-image.php on line 35

    I went in and set the Infinite Loop to ‘No’ and saved: same error
    Changed loop to ‘Yes’: same error
    Changed the Woocommerce 3.0 Fix to Yes and got a different error: Fatal error: Call to undefined method WC_Product_Simple::get_gallery_image_ids() in /home/xxxx/wp-content/plugins/woo-product-gallery-slider/includes/product-image.php on line 29

    PLEASE HELP! The site page is not processing data because of this error.

    I just check it on woocommerce 3.0+ and it’s working

    Thank you, Niloy. I suspect the cause was from a lack of updating WC3 FIRST before the other plugins.

    I didn’t even know this thing had settings, please ad a link to them from the plugin page like other plugins with settings have. I didn’t even know what “wpgs” was until now :(.

    Yes but most plugins have it visible on the plugins page ??
