Slider in PopUp not working

    Hi there,

    I integrated a PopUp that is supposed to show a Slideshow on that page:

    If you click on the red button “Schauen Sie uns über die Schulter” the PopUp opens as expected, but it does not show the slider but all images included in the slider below each other.

    I used exactly the same Code (it’s actually done via Shortcode) for the Slider above the Button as in the PopUp itself and can’t figure out why it is not shown correctly in the PopUp.

    As other shortcodes in the PopUpMaker work as expected I assume there’s some Javascript issue – can you help me with that?

    @msteidl – Looks like the slider doesn’t support being hidden on page load, but if you resize the page when the popup is open it works.

    I am not sure on that one. Would have to do some testing.

    Hi danieliser,

    many thanks for your quick reply. Is there anything you’d need for your testing? Or maybe it could help to use a different Plugin to create the slider?

    @msteidl – You could try a different plugin for sure, there are a few that work out of the box, a few others that work with minimal modification as well.

    I tried MetaSlider and that worked.

    @msteidl – Awesome, glad you found one that works. Might be a good idea to drop a note to the support forum of the other slider plugin letting them know that sliders can / do work, just not theirs. Maybe they can compare what the other slider plugin is doing differently.
