Let me mention kindly, that in the correspondence with our support agent named Kelly, you asked to pay the difference and get another plugin called “Responsive Slider” , by this agreeing to stop the license of the Slider Pro plugin, for which you paid $44. You did not agree on this and we kidnly sent you a new license for the pro version of Responsive Slider FOR FREE. We understand, that you needed the immediate fix of the option that had been available in the Pro version, which we offered you kindly, but had no chance to fix in a day or two. After sending you the Responsive Slider, and agreeing on the new license, we thought that you were satisfied with the new plugin and it met your requirements. In the meanwhile our developers fund a solution and fix the auto sliding and then AFTER that, with the new email of yours we seems are required to send you the zip of the Slider Pro. I understand that this is rather non-orthodox situation. But we have changed the lisence of one product to another.
What shall we do in this case, that will meet both your requirements and the interests of our company? P.S.
