please deactivate all plugins you have and install them one by one.
probably it’s a jquery conflict issue.
also, try by switching the parent of this child theme you are using ??

Just tried all of that and still the same issue. Also noticed that even if you click on them it just opens them in a lightbox instead of changing the main image.

Is this error (https://prntscr.com/em8qqz) still appear if you deactivate this plugin.
if yes then please fix the issue.
please also check by switch default WordPress theme

Noticed in the plugin settings that it is defaulted to auto play ‘yes’ and I can’t change this. It says that default should be ‘no’

I checked with the twenty-fourteen theme and the thumbnails went smaller but the plugin still didn’t work

the plugin will work when you have many images and the demo link for this plugin is the Pro version.
